These terms govern your use of the Primal Shark website, browser extension and supporting services.

You may use Primal Shark for lawful personal use with a valid browser and FACEIT account. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the rules of FACEIT and any other service you connect to.
Independent product
Primal Shark is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with FACEIT. FACEIT names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Automation features
Auto-accept, auto-connect, copying and veto helpers act in the browser according to your settings. You remain responsible for reviewing these settings and for any account action, queue, match, cooldown or sanction. Features can change when FACEIT changes its interface.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API, evade limits, interfere with the service, distribute malicious modifications, or use Primal Shark to violate platform rules or applicable law.
Accuracy and availability
Analytics, role estimates, Smurf Score, win probabilities and cached values are informational estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate. The service is provided as available and may be changed, suspended or discontinued.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Primal Shark is not liable for indirect loss, lost matches, rating changes, account restrictions or decisions made from displayed analytics. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
